Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）移動機構の位置を検出する位置検出器と、この移
    動機構の速度に応じた速度信号を発生する速度信号発生
    手段と、前記位置検出器の検出信号に応じて位置アドレ
    スを発生する位置アト゛レス発生手段と、目標アドレス
    から前記位置アドレスを演算する演算手段と、この演算
    手段の演算結果が所定値以下となったか否か比較する比
    較手段と、前記速度信号発生手段により得られた速度信
    号を前記比較手段の比較結果に応じて増幅率を変えて出
    力する手段と、この手段により得られた基準速度信号と
    実際の速度信号とを差し引いた誤差出力で前記移動機構
    を移動制御する移動制御手段とを具備したことを特徴と
    する移動機構のサーボ制御装置。
  2. （２）移動側御手段の基準速度信号入力ゲインが、演算
    結果が所定値以下になったことを示す比較手段の比較結
    果に応じて大きくされることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の移動機構のサーボ制御装置。
