    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エツチング液を収納するエツチング槽と、このエツチン
    グ槽の上端にかぶせられた蓋と、この蓋の内面に取り付
    けられ被エツチング物を取り付ける被エツチング物固定
    治具と、上記エツチング槽内に上記被エツチング物に指
    向して配設されこの被エツチング物に上記エツチング液
    を噴射させるノズルと、上記エツチング液を汲み上げて
    上記ノズルにエツチング液を供給するポンプと、上記エ
    ツチング槽内において−Ｌ記蓋の内面より垂下してこの
    蓋およびエツチング槽の内面との間に所定の間隔のスリ
    ットを有するように設けられたエツチング液吹出防止壁
    とよりなるエツチング装置。
