置であって、被試験カードの各ビット入力端子を順次選
択する選択手段と、該選択手段により選択されたビット
入力端子にカードの動作範囲に応じた試験用電圧を印加
し、フォトカプラを駆動させる手段と、前記選択手段に
より選択されたビット入力端子に対応するビット出力端
子の出力信号審読み取ってフォトカプラの良否を一判定
する判定手段とからなることを特徴とするフォトカプラ
