Abstract

PURPOSE:To make an installation space minimum, to enable to make use of the heat of the earth effectively, to make field operation unnecessary and to contrive stabilization of quality, by a method wherein an indoor machine side unit and an outdoor machine side unit are combined so that the indoor machine side unit is buried in a wall part above a floor and the outdoor machine side unit is buried in a wall part under the floor. CONSTITUTION:As for a main body 6 of an air conditioner, an indoor machine side unit 7 is provided on the upper part of the main and body 6 and an outdoor machine side unit 8 is provided on its lower part, both of which are manufactured in monobloc structure with each other. The indoor machine side unit 7 is a component provided with a built-in indoor side heat exchanger 9 and indoor side blower 11, and then a blow-off opening 12 and a suction opening 13 are formed on the unit 7. On the one hand, outdoor machine side unit 8 is a component provided with a built-in compressor, outdoor side heat exchanger 15 and outdoor side blower 16 and then casters are provided underneath the unit 8. The indoor machine side unit 7 is buried in a wall part above a floor and the outdoor machine side unit 8 is buried in a wall part under the floor, in the main body 6 of the air conditioner put in a cut-off part of a building. Combining work of the main body 6 of the air conditioner with the building can be done easily by moving the main body 6 of the air conditioner shown by an imaginative line in a direction of an arrow 18.

Therefore, the indoor unit is particularly required to be connected to iR. The outdoor unit requires a location that does not get in the way and is unsightly, and an orientation that provides good heat dissipation. However, it is extremely difficult to satisfy all of these demands. In particular, integrated air conditioners are mainly used for windows, but they have major drawbacks in terms of design inside and outside buildings. Furthermore, the mainstream of heat pump air conditioners is the air heat source type, but considering the location of the outdoor unit, they tend to have insufficient heat dissipation during summer cooling and insufficient heat absorption during winter heating.

According to the present invention, the indoor unit is disposed at the top and the outdoor unit is disposed at the bottom, and both units are made into an integral structure, and the indoor unit is placed on the floor from the outside of the building. There is obtained an air conditioner characterized in that the outdoor unit is embedded in a wall and the outdoor unit is embedded in a wall under the floor.

FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram showing an embodiment of an air conditioner according to the present invention combined with a building. In FIG. 1, in addition to a living space 1, the building has an underfloor space 3 below a floor 2. A side wall 4 of such a building is provided with a missing part from a part corresponding to the living space 1 to the ground 5, and an air conditioner main body 6 is fitted into this missing part from the outside of the building.

The air conditioner main body 6 has an interior unit 7 disposed in the upper part and an outdoor unit 8 disposed in the lower part, so that both units 7 and 8 are integrally formed with each other. The indoor unit 7 includes an indoor heat exchanger 9 and an indoor blower 11, and has an air outlet 12 and a suction port 13 formed therein. On the other hand, the outdoor unit 8 includes a compressor 14, an outdoor heat exchanger 15, and an outdoor blower 16.
It has a built-in caster 17 on the bottom surface.

Now, in this air conditioner, when cooling the living space 1, the indoor unit 7 generates a wind flow as shown by the solid line arrow 19, and on the other hand, when heating the living space 1, a wind flow as shown by the broken line arrow 21 is generated. . In either case, the outdoor unit 8 causes a flow of air from the underfloor space 3 to the outside as indicated by the solid arrow 22.

■ Since the outdoor unit is located in the space under the floor, geothermal heat can be used effectively. (The air under the floor is lower in summer and higher in winter than outside air, so during cooling, the condensation temperature decreases and the cooling capacity improves, and during heating, the evaporation temperature increases and the heating capacity improves.) Since it can be installed from the outdoor side simply by providing a missing part, it is ideal as an air conditioner for unit use.

■ The outdoor unit is located under the floor, making it easy to utilize waste heat. (For example, if you install it in the bathroom, it will be a bathroom.
