In a typical household air conditioner, whether it is a separate type or an integrated type, the indoor unit protrudes into the living space, and the outdoor unit is exposed outdoors. Therefore, the indoor unit part is particularly required to be compact, and the outdoor unit part is required to have an installation location that does not get in the way and is not unsightly, and an installation direction that provides good heat dissipation. However, it is extremely difficult to satisfy all of these demands. In particular, integrated air conditioners are mainly used for windows, but they have major drawbacks in terms of design inside and outside buildings. Furthermore, the mainstream of heat pump air conditioners are air heat source types, but considering the location of their outdoor units, they tend to have insufficient heat dissipation during summer cooling, and insufficient heat absorption during winter heating.

According to the present invention, the indoor unit is disposed at the top and the outdoor unit is disposed at the bottom, and both units are made into an integral structure, and the indoor unit is installed on the floor from the outside of the building. There is obtained an air conditioner characterized in that the outdoor unit is embedded in a wall, the outdoor unit is embedded in a wall under the floor, and is installed on the ground.

FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram showing an embodiment of an air conditioner according to the present invention combined with a building. In FIG. 1, in addition to a living space 1, the building has an underfloor space 3 below a floor 2. A cutout is provided in the side wall 4 of such a building from a part corresponding to the living space 1 to the ground 5, and an air conditioner main body 6 is fitted into the cutout from outside the building.

The air conditioner main body 6 has an indoor unit 7 disposed in the upper part and an outdoor unit 8 disposed in the lower part, and both units 7 and 8 are made integrally with each other. The indoor unit 7 includes an indoor heat exchanger 9 and an indoor blower 11, and has an outlet 12 and an inlet 13. On the other hand, the outdoor unit side unit 8

In the air conditioner body 6 fitted into a cutout in a building, the indoor unit is buried in the wall above the floor, and the outdoor unit 8 is buried in the wall below the floor. Moreover, since the air conditioner main body 6 is installed on the ground 5, the entire load can be received by the ground. Therefore, even if the air conditioner body 6 has a large capacity and is heavy, it can be installed. Note that the work of assembling the air conditioner main body 6 to a building can be easily performed by moving the air conditioner main body 6 shown by the imaginary line in the direction of the arrow 18.

Now, in this air conditioner, when cooling the living space 1, the indoor unit 7 causes a wind flow as shown by the solid line arrow 19, and on the other hand, when heating the living space 1, a wind flow as shown by the broken line arrow 21 is caused. . In either case, in the outdoor unit 8, the underfloor space 3 as shown by the solid arrow 22.
This causes a flow of wind towards the outside.

According to the present invention described above using the embodiments, the installation space is minimized. (It does not get in the way of the indoor or outdoor units.) There are no protrusions, so the building design is not compromised.

Since the outdoor unit is located in the space under the floor, geothermal heat can be used effectively. (The air under the floor is lower in the summer and higher in the winter than the outside air, so during cooling, the condensation temperature decreases and the cooling capacity improves, and during heating, the evaporation temperature increases and the heating capacity improves.) It is ideal as an air conditioner for unit houses because it can be installed from the outdoor side by simply providing a cutting section.

一体形であるので現場工事(冷媒配管、電気

Since it is an integrated type, there is no need for on-site construction (refrigerant piping, electrical wiring), and quality is stable.

Since the outdoor unit is located under the floor, it is easy to use waste heat. (For example, if you install it in the bathroom, you can
