BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, emphasis has been placed on the comfort of homes, and in the installation of separate air conditioners, not only interior design but also exterior design has begun to be emphasized. This helps maintain the aesthetic appearance of the house, but if possible, it is preferable not to take up too much space for installing the outdoor unit. However, conventionally, an outdoor unit in a separate air conditioner has a configuration as shown in FIG. 2, for example. That is, the main body 1 of the outdoor unit has a suction port 2 on the back side,
It consists of an air outlet 3 on the front side and a piping connection port 4. To install it, install the suction port 2 of the main body 1 in a position that maintains the space necessary for sucking in outside air from the house 5, and the air outlet 3 in a position that maintains space so that there are no obstacles in front of it. 4, a refrigerant pipe 6 was arranged toward the inside of the house 5 and connected to an indoor unit (not shown).

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. The main body 7 of the underground outdoor unit is formed into an inverted trapezoid, and a frame 8 inclined inward of the bottom portion 7a is provided with a drain pan 9, and a drain pan 9 is provided with a drain water suction means as drain water suction means. It includes a hose 10, a float switch 11 that is activated by sensing the water level, and a drain pump 18. The frame 8 at the bottom 7a of the main body 7 is provided with an outdoor heat exchanger 12, a compressor 13, and an outdoor blower 14, and further, a frame 8 is provided on the upper part of the main body 7, and a frame 8 is provided on the upper part of the main body 7, and a frame 8 is provided on the bottom 7a of the main body 7. A lid 27 is provided, and the lid 27 is provided with an inlet 15 and an outlet 16. A blind part 20 is provided at the center of the inlet 15 and the outlet 16, and a sealed electrical box 17 is provided below the blind part 20.
The drain pump 18 and the piping connection part 19 are provided, and the blind part 20 is provided above them. The drain pump 18 is provided with a drain port 21 disposed toward the outside of the main body 7. Further, the main body 7 is provided with a through hole 22 on a surface parallel to the pipe connecting portion 19, and the refrigerant pipe 25 is passed through the main body 7 so that the refrigerant pipe 25 is disposed toward an indoor unit (not shown) in the room 24. ing. Furthermore, a refrigerant pipe 25 is buried underground from the pipe connection part 19 to near the indoor area 24.

In the above configuration, when installing an underground outdoor unit, dig a square hole in the ground 23 that is larger than the main body 7, bury the main body 7, and install the indoor unit 24 (not shown). ) from the refrigerant pipe 25 inside the wall of the indoor 24 or from the indoor 24
from the side of indoor 24 in advance.
A hole is made in which the refrigerant pipe 25 can be installed up to the through hole 22 of the underground outdoor unit, and the refrigerant pipe 25 is installed there,
The refrigerant pipe 25 is passed through the through hole 22, and the main body 7
It is connected to the connecting piping section 19 of. It should be noted that the electrical wiring is inserted into an Envipipe or the like and buried underground in the same way as the refrigerant pipe 25 described above. After the underground installation is completed, the main body 7 can be removed by operating the equipment.
The outside air sucked in from the air inlet 5 passes through the outdoor heat exchanger 12 to exchange heat, condensing the refrigerant in the summer, evaporating the refrigerant in the winter, and blowing out the air from the outlet 16.

Also, during heating operation, the outdoor heat exchanger 1 acts as an evaporator.
2 becomes frosted, and during defrosting, drain water accumulates in the drain pan 9 at the bottom 7a. Furthermore, during rainy weather, rainwater may enter from the inlet 15 and the outlet 16. In such a case, the rainwater that has entered from the outlet 16 is removed from the frame 8, which has an inclined structure at the bottom 7a of the main body 7. Therefore, rainwater will naturally flow in the direction of the drain pan 9. When the water level of the drain water or rainwater accumulated in the drain pan 9 becomes high, a float switch 11 installed near the drain pan 9 senses a predetermined water level and drains the drain water installed at the top of the main body 7. The pump 18 is activated, and the drain water is sucked up to the upper part of the main body by the water suction hose 10 and discharged to the outside of the main body 7 through the drain port 21.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments described above, the present invention has a main body of an outdoor unit buried underground, a lid having an inlet and an outlet at the upper part of the main body, and a compressor in the main body. The structure is equipped with a unit, an outdoor heat exchanger, an outdoor blower, and a drain water suction means, so there is no need to allocate outside air suction space when installing the outdoor unit, and it can be installed in a garden or the like. It has the effect of improving Ephsteria in some cases. Furthermore, since the main body is buried underground, noise can be significantly reduced. In addition, by using heat from the radiation of geothermal heat coming through the main unit, low-temperature air is sent to the outdoor heat exchanger in the summer, and relatively high-temperature air is sent in the winter, improving the performance of the air conditioner. It has the following.
