前面側にある吹出口3と、配管接続口4より構成されて
いる。その据付には、本体1の吸込口2を家屋5より外
気の吸込に必要なスペースと、吹出口3においても、前
方に障害物等がないようにスペースを保つ位置に設置し
、配管接続口4より冷媒配管6を家屋5の内側に向かっ
て配設して、室内機(図示せず)へ接続するものであっ

向かって配設される排水口21が備えられている。また

る。また、前記配管接続部19からは冷媒配管25が屋

の接続配管部19に接続するのである。なお、電気的な
配線は、エンビパイブ等の中に挿入して、前記冷媒配管
25同様に地中へ埋設しているのである。こうして埋設
据付けが終わると、機器を運転することにより、本体7
の吸込口]5から吸込まれた外気は室外熱交換器12を
通って熱交換され、夏期は冷媒を凝縮、冬期は冷媒を蒸

チ11により、所定の水位を感知して、本体7の上部に
設けられているドレンポンプ18が作動し、吸水ホース
10により、ドレン水が本体上部へ吸上げられ、排水口

た場合にエフステリア性を良くするなとの効果を有する
ものである。さらに本体が地中内に埋込まれているため
、騒音の著しい低減化が図れる。また、本体を通してく
る地熱の輻射による熱利用により、夏は低温度の空気が
室外熱交換器に送られ、冬は割合高い温度の空気が送ら
れてくるから空調機としての性能をアップする効果を有
