Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、イコライザービームを使用する懸架装置にお
いて、イコライザービームを車体に連結しているイコラ
イザービームアクスルシャフトに関するものである。
以下図面により詳細に説明する。
図の中で、１はスプリング、２はサドルでイコライザー
ビーム３とスプリング１を保持している。
イコライザービーム３のビームエンド３ａはイコライザ
ービームアクスルシャフト４、ナット５、割ピン６によ
り、ビームハンガーブラケット７に固定される。
ビームハンガーブラケット７は、リャーアクスルケース
８に固着される。
イコライザービーム３のビームエンド３ａには、ボール
９、ソケット１０で金属プッシュを構或し、諸方向から
の荷重を受けられるような、ジョイントの機能を有して
いる。
上記の構造による懸架装置ユニットを車体に組付け又は
分解する際、イコライザービームアクスルシャフトを着
脱するが、現状ではりャーアクスルケース８に干渉する
ことが多い。
Ｌの距離でポイン｝Ｐに干渉させずに着脱させる為に、
本考案では第４図の如くボール９の内径にネジを切り、
イコライザービームアクスルシャフト４の代りにボルト
１１，ロックワツシャ１２で固定することにより、Ｌの
寸法内で着脱を可能ならしめたもので、組付け、分解が
極めて容易になし得るものである。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は、イコライザービームを使用した懸架装置の側
面図、第２図は第１図の正面図の１部でイコライザービ
ームとりャーアクスルケースとの関係を示す図、第３図
はイコライザービームエンド取付部の拡大断面図、第４
図は本考案の取付構造を示す拡大断面図である。 ３：イコライザービーム、７：ビームハンガーブラケッ
ト、９：ボール、１１：ボルト。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. イコライザービームを使用する懸架装置において、イコ
    ライザービームエンドとビームハンガーブラケットの固
    定を、イコライザービームエンド部品のボールに内径ネ
    ジを切り、ビームハンガーブラケットの外側から直接ボ
    ルト締にしたことを特徴とする懸架装置の取付け構造。
