実施例に基いて説明する。
Traditionally, suspended scaffolding used in steel construction has been erected for blacksmiths, painters, sheet metal workers, etc. For this reason, carpenters are currently making chestnuts without scaffolding, and the danger of corruption is always present in their work. Therefore, various safety measures have been considered for the above-mentioned chestnuts, but since the scaffolding is insufficient with conventional construction methods (see Figure 1), high safety, excellent construction workability, and economic efficiency have been achieved. It is difficult to
Due to time and economic problems, sufficient safety measures have not been taken. This invention aims to fully consider the safety of the above-mentioned steel construction work, and also to be superior in terms of workability and economy. The developed construction method will be explained below based on examples shown in the drawings.

FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram of the suspended scaffolding construction method according to the present invention. To describe the assembly procedure in detail, first, the suspended scaffolding 3 and the roof beams 2 are assembled into the ground in units of units in advance.

At the time of land taxation, scaffold boards and safety nets 6 are attached to the hanging scaffold 3, and small items such as horizontal places are attached to the shed beams 2.

In addition, the shed beam 2 that has been rented is temporarily tightened, and is finally tightened after being hoisted onto the girder Z. Next, use the balance 1 to hang the shed beam 2 that has been grounded (Figure 3), and hang the suspended scaffolding 3 that has also been assembled to the ground from this shed beam 2 (Figure 4).

Furthermore, a safety net 6 is placed over the suspended scaffold 3 (Figure 5), and the integrated components are lifted and fixed onto the girder (Figure 6).

After attaching the shed beams to the girders, the suspended scaffolding is also re-hung to the girders. Once all units are attached to the girder, each suspended scaffold is joined with vibrators and clamps to prevent it from swinging. Furthermore, since the safety net 6 is in a temporary state, it must be reinstalled and then fully tightened. At this time, safety nets are also placed between the suspended scaffolds and between the external scaffold and the suspended scaffold.
Be prepared in case of an accident. After adjusting the tension of the safety net and eliminating gaps, hanging materials (chains, etc.) for reinforcement are added to complete the assembly work (Figure 7).

By proceeding with construction according to the above steps, you will be able to save time until the next component is hung by installing the roof beams, starting the construction, and completing the construction work.
It is a luxury that can be used in four different ways, improving the carpenter's cutting efficiency.

Furthermore, after completely lowering and moving the stage of the aerial work vehicle, slowly loosen the support lobes and lower the suspended scaffold to the ground.
Move on to the demolition report. In addition, in this example, we used an aerial work vehicle to dismantle suspended scaffolding! 6 (it is also possible to work with only the supporting lobes without using an aerial vehicle).
