第１図は、従来の無反射終端器およびバイアス回路を用
いた構成例としてのバランス型増幅器の構成図、第２図
は従来の無反射終端器とバイアス回路を説明するための
図、第３図はこの考案による無反射終端器を説明するた
めの図である。 図中、ｌａ、ｌｂは無反射終端器、２ａ、２ｂはハイブ
リッドカップラ、４はトランジスタ増幅器、５ａ、５ｂ
はコレクタ電圧印加用バイアス回路、７は入力端子、８
は出力端子、９はメイン線路、１０は抵抗、１１は低イ
ンピーダンス４分の１波長線路、１２は高インピーダン
ス４分の１波長線路、１３はバイアス端子である。なお
、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示し
である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マイクロストリップ線路と、一端開放の４分の１波長低
    インピーダンス線路との間に、上記マイクロストリップ
    線路の特性インピーダンスと同一の値を持つ抵抗を挿入
    して構成される無反射終端器において、上記抵抗と並列
    に、４分の１波長高インピーダンス線路を設けたことを
    特徴とする無反射終端器。
