出力線路、６はピンダイオード、１１は２分配器である
。尚各図中、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示すもの
とする。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. その入力側および出力側にそれぞれ結合端子が設けられ
    、その面結合端子間が入ハの電気長に形成された３ｄｂ
    カツプラー、この３ｄｂカツプラーの上記入力側および
    出力側の結合端子にその分配端子がそれぞれ接続された
    ２分配器、この２分配器の共通入力端子に接続されたピ
    ンダイオードを備え、上記３ｄｂカツプラーおよび上記
    ２分配器を介してそれぞれ入力される入射波の反射波位
    相を上記ピンダイオードのバイアス電圧により制御する
    ことを特徴とするダイオード移相器。
