1- Traditionally, the year-round cultivation method using PP cultivation bottles or Sunrich bags has been recommended as an efficient way to cultivate Maitake mushrooms, which are highly regarded as the highest quality mushrooms on par with matsutake mushrooms due to their unique aroma, taste, and texture. Are known.

The cultivation method using the PP cultivation bottle described above involves forming a cultivation bottle with a mouth part from PP material, filling the cultivation bottle with 600g to 1000g of culture medium, and sealing the mouth part with a cap, followed by sterilization treatment. Then, the culture is carried out by inoculating the culture medium under low temperature conditions, and the cultivation method using Sunrich bags has a rectangular shape as a whole, and a ventilation window is provided on the open side. PP bag internal pressure approx. 2.5 kg
After filling the culture medium, it is sterilized, and then the culture is carried out by inoculating the culture medium under low temperature conditions.

By the way, when cultivating maitake mushrooms, it is said that the fewer the roots of the fruiting bodies (shostalks), and the smaller the diameter, and the more dense and uniform the inside of the mushrooms, the higher the commercial value of the mushrooms will be. There is.

However, in the former PP cultivation bottle, 9- is the diameter of the opening formed from PP material. The diameter of the mouth is 55 to 60 mm, which is variable depending on the growth of the mushroom.
Because it is large (mm), there are many roots and their diameters are also large, making it easy for the primordia to scatter and make it impossible to grow them into a heaped shape with an even internal consistency. In addition, in Sunrich bag cultivation, since the entire bag is shaped like a bag, there is an advantage that the opening can be freely changed according to the growth of the Maitake mushrooms. It becomes difficult to form an oxygen chamber suitable for the plant, and the primordium becomes easily scattered.As a result, the number of roots increases and their diameter becomes large, resulting in a dense, even heaped shape. It is only possible to cultivate crops of the highest quality.

In addition, Maitake mushrooms obtained by both cultivation methods have the disadvantage of being unsuitable for market use (for nuclear families) due to their large size, and this is something that has been strongly desired to be improved.

In view of the above, the present invention incorporates the above-mentioned well-known PP cultivation bottles and Sunrich bags, so that even if the container is a flexible bag, it can be placed inside the small-diameter opening to create a container of a size suitable for growth. We made it easy to form an oxygen chamber, we made it easy to intensively inoculate the culture medium with a fixed amount of seed bacteria, and we made it possible to grow the primordium in a moderate amount in one place.
The small diameter opening can be changed according to the growth of the Maitake mushroom, and the cost of containers is low, making it easy for anyone to cultivate Maitake Z of high quality suitable for the market (for nuclear families). The present invention is intended to provide a cultivation method, and the method for cultivating Maitake mushrooms according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the attached drawing Z.

g. It is compressed and filled into a bottomed cylindrical flexible bag 2 made of polypropylene, and the open side of the flexible bag 2 is squeezed to form a small diameter opening 3 (first step). Then, a hollow cylindrical inoculation tube 4 whose length is shorter than the small diameter opening 3 is fitted into the formed small diameter opening 3 up to the base of the small diameter opening 30, so that the inner diameter of the small diameter opening 3 becomes approximately 28 rrm. At the same time, the expandable piece 5 exposed outside the inoculation tube 4 is folded and expanded around the inoculation tube 4, and the small diameter opening 3 is sealed with a cotton plug 6;
process). The entire flexible bag 1 thus obtained is placed in a high-heat sterilizer T and sterilized for about 8 hours at an indoor temperature of approximately 98°C. The small-diameter opening 3 inside the inoculation tube 4, which is kept in a suppressed state, is melted and solidified by high heat, and only this part is formed into a solidified small-diameter cylindrical part 8 that is somewhat hardened, and a sterile oxygen chamber is provided inside. 9 will be naturally formed (third step).

After planting chestnuts in boxes in this manner, the inoculating tube 5-4 is moved upward along the flexible small-diameter opening 3 to maintain the shape of the sterile oxygen chamber 9 with an inner diameter of approximately 28 m and a height of approximately 30 rrm. Then, the opening of the small diameter opening 3 is sealed with a cotton plug 6 (fourth step).

After the above steps are completed, the inoculated flexible bags 2 are transported and set up in the culture room, and the culture is carried out while maintaining the temperature of the room at approximately 20°C to 23°C. Oxygen is absorbed effectively and primordia are formed in one place. When the primordium is properly formed, the cotton plug 6 and inoculation tube 4 are removed from the small-diameter opening 3 and the culture is allowed to proceed.The small-diameter opening 3 is formed with an inner diameter of 28 rrm by the solidification small-diameter cylinder 8, so that fruiting bodies are not formed. The roots of No. 11 are naturally thin and grown in a small number, and the product is of good quality suitable for the market (for nuclear families) with a weight of about 150g and a thick and even mound-shaped interior. You can get χ of Maitake.

Note that the small-diameter opening portion 3 can be expanded manually to vary its diameter χ according to the growth of the fruit body 12, so that the fruiting body 12 can be grown efficiently without inhibiting its growth.

6- In short, the present invention includes a first step of squeezing the opening of a bottomed cylindrical flexible bag 2 filled with a culture medium 1 to form a small-diameter opening 3, and an inoculation process shorter than the length of the small-diameter opening 3. Pipe 4v small diameter opening 3
After fitting to the 0 base, the small diameter opening part 3y! - The second step of sealing with a cotton plug 6 and the high heat action of the high-temperature sterilization treatment of the flexible bag in which only the small-diameter opening 3, which is kept in a depressed state inside the inoculation tube 4, is sealed. The third step is to form a solidified small-diameter part B with a sterile oxygen chamber 9 inside, and after removing the cotton plug 6 and centrally stacking the seed bacteria 10 on the medium 1 from the short solidified small-diameter cylindrical part 8. The fourth step consists of moving the inoculation tube 4 along the small-diameter opening 3 to lengthen the entire small-diameter opening 3 by χ, and sealing the open side with a cotton plug 6 for cultivation. Even if the container to be filled is a flexible bag 2, the small-diameter opening 3 can be easily formed, and this small-diameter opening 3 can be made to an accurate diameter by the shape-retaining action of the inoculation tube 4. Small diameter opening 3
Is it a scam that can always form 9 oxygen chambers of the size suitable for the growth of the maiage? The seed chamber 9 is kept in a constant shape by the high heat melting action during the high heat sterilization process of the flexible bag 2 filled with 1 liter of culture medium, so that the inoculation work with a fixed amount of the seed bacteria 10 can be carried out intensively. Of course, during culture, the primordia are generated in one place, and the roots are thin.
Moreover, by reducing the number of maitake mushrooms, it is possible to easily grow maitake mushrooms, which are of good quality and are suitable for the market (nuclear family), with evenly distributed interiors that are grown in a heaping shape. The solidified small-diameter cylinder part 8 formed in the small-diameter mouth part 3 can be easily unraveled according to the growth of the fruiting body, and its diameter can be freely changed, so that the growth of the fruiting body is not inhibited in any way. In addition, the cost can be reduced by making the cost of the container very low.
