は金属ケース面、７は柱状誘電体、８は電極膜、１１は
波板を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 導体ケース丙に柱状誘電体を配置しそ構成するＴＭ０１
    ０モードまたはその変形モードを用いた誘電体共振器に
    おいて、 前記柱状誘電体の少なくとも一方端面の、少なくとも一
    部に電極膜を形成し、前記電極膜とそれに対応する前記
    導体ケースとを電気的に接続したことを特徴とする誘電
    体共振器。
