  1. 縁部が所定め耐電圧特性の実力に見合う所定の厚さの誘
    電体基板の少なくとも一方の面の内方に、耐電圧特性の
    実力に影響されない所定の深さの凹所を設けるとともに
    、誘電体基板の両面にそれぞれ互いに対向するキャパシ
    タ形成用の電極を設けて構成したことを特徴とするコン
    デンサ。
