Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）誘電体基板の厚み方向における両面のそれぞれに
    電極を有し、一方の電極の一端は、前記誘電体基板の相
    対する両端面の一つを通り他方の電極のある面上に導い
    て絶縁ギャップを隔てて対向させ、前記電極の形成領域
    内に誘電体基板の厚み方向に貫通する貫通孔を設けたこ
    とを特徴とするコンデンサ。
  2. （２）前記電極の少なくとも一つは、′前記貫通孔のま
    わりにギャップを有することを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項に記載のコンデンサ。
  3. （３）前記貫通孔に貫通導体を貫通させ、該貫通導体は
    前記電極の一つにのみ導通させたことを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項に記載のコンデ
    ンサ。
  4. （４）前記誘電体基板は、その内部に前記電極に各別に
    導通する内部電極を埋設して構成したことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項または第３項に
    記載のコンデンサ。
