Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) An electrode is provided on each of both sides in the thickness direction of the dielectric substrate, and one end of one electrode passes through one of the opposing end surfaces of the dielectric substrate and is guided onto the surface where the other electrode is located. 1. A capacitor, comprising: a through hole that is opposed to each other across an insulating gap and that penetrates in the thickness direction of the dielectric substrate in the region where the electrode is formed.

(3) The capacitor according to claim 1 or 2, which is a registered utility model, characterized in that a through conductor is passed through the through hole, and the through conductor is electrically connected to only one of the electrodes.
