みた詳細図である。 図中１は振動体、３はアクチュエータ、４は可動質量、
７は加速度計、８は制御器、９は補正用アクチュエータ
、１２．１３は位置検出器、１４は補正用制御器である

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外力を受けて振動する振動を検知する振動検出手段と、
    この手段により検出された振動量に応じた制御力をアク
    チュエータに発生する制御器と、上記アクチュエータに
    より往復動が与えられる可動・質量とを備えた振動制御
    装置において、上記アクチュエータを一つの可動質量に
    対し往復動力向が互いに直交する位置に取付け、アクチ
    ュエータの相対位置を補正する補正用アクチュエータを
    上記アクチュエータに結合し、かつ上記アクチュエータ
    それぞれにはアクチュエータ、の相対位置を軸ごとに検
    出する相対位置検出器を、また可動質量には可動質量の
    往復動量を軸ごとに検出する往復動量検出器をそれぞれ
    設け、さらに上記補正用アクチュエータに対応して設け
    られ、上記相対位置検出器の出力と往復動量検出器の出
    力の差が零となるように上記補正用アクチュエータに所
    定の制御力を発生する補正用制御器とを備え、一方のア
    クチュエータの往復動量を検出してその往復動方向に対
    する他方のアクチュエータの相対位置を往復動量だけ補
    正するように構成したことを特徴とする振動制御装置。
