Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は地組織の編成に参与しない編針を有する、パイ
ル編地を製造する経編機に関する。
このパイル編地とは片面又は両面にパイルを有するタオ
ル地である。
パイルを備えた区分に交互にパイルのない区分が続いて
いる、このようなタオル地は公知である。
この場合には一方の区分から他方の区分に移行する場合
に、該当する編成のシフト運動が接続する他方の柄に応
じて変えられる。
シフト運動を変えた場合には、パイル糸用の編成は空針
（地組織の組成に参与しない針）にもはや給糸せず、こ
の糸の編目は地組織や編成する針に保持されるので、パ
イルのない区分か生ぜしめられる。
この場合には該当するシンカ通路は２つの糸系統の糸、
つまり地組織の糸とパイル糸を保持しなければならない
ので、機械は比較的に細い糸を使用することに制限され
るか若しくは太いパイル糸を使用することが出来なくな
る。
他面に於ては両面タオル地が公知である。
しかしながら公知の経編機では、パイルが両面に於て実
質的に同じ大きさと形を有している両面タオル地を製造
することは出来なかった。
従来は、タオオル地の右側のパイルが左側のそれよりも
著しく小さいタオル地で我慢しなければならなかった。
この欠点は本発明によれば、編針の間隔が一様であると
きに、地組織の編目とパイルとの双方を保持するシンカ
通路が、１つの糸系統の糸しか受容しないシンカ通路に
比べて幅の広いことによって排除された。
これによってパイルのない区分を有する片面パイル地を
極めて太いパイル糸を用いて製造することが出来るよう
になった。
更に両面パイル地に於ては、本発明によって設けられた
、地組織の糸の編目の形成も行なわれる、幅の広いシン
カ通路を用いることによって、パイルを従来可能であっ
たよりも長く引出すことが出来るので゛、パイルの長さ
を両面に於て実質的に同じ長さにすることができるとい
う利点が得られる。
勿論、この場合にも既に述べたように従来よりも太いパ
イル糸を使用することも可能である。
次に図面について本発明を説明する： 第１図に示されているように編針１のピッチが一様であ
るのに対して、シンカ２の間隔は交互に広くかつ狭くな
っている。
従って２つの糸系統を受容するシンカ通路３は他のシン
カ通路４よりも幅が広くなっている。
第２図はパイルが地組織の片側に於てのみ編成Ｌ１で形
成され、編目が空針に形成される片面パイル編地の編成
図である。
地組織を編成するためには編成Ｌ２とＬが用いられる。
第３図はパイルが地組織の両側に編成Ｌ□とＬ４とによ
って形成される両面パイル編地の編成図である。

図は本発明による経編機の編成工具の軌囲を示す概略図
、第２図は片面パイル地の編成図、第３図は両面パイル

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 地組織の編成に参与しない編針を有する、パイル編
    地を製造する経編機に於て、編成針の間隔が一様である
    場合に、地組織の編目並びにパイルを掴むシンカ通路３
    が１つの糸系統の糸しか受容しないシンカ通路４よりも
    幅が広いことを特徴とする、パイル編地を製造する経編
    機。
