Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the positional limitation of a soft wax layer with high accuracy to stabilize atomizing characteristics, in connecting the electric vibrator and a nozzle plate as well as the nozzle plate and the body of an atomizer by soft wax, by interposing a metal thin film layer active to soft wax. CONSTITUTION:Electrode films 2a, 2b are formed to a ring shaped electric vibrator 1.
