Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気ターボチャージャのコンプレッサからの過給空気の
    過給圧により、アクチュエータを介Ｌ２てタービンに流
    入する排気ガスの一部をバイパスさせる排気バイパス弁
    を開閉する排気バイパス装置を備えた排気ターボチャー
    ジャ付内燃機関において、機関温度が設定値以下であっ
    て且つ高負荷時に前記バイパス弁を閉塞させるようにし
    たことを特徴とする排気ターボチャージャ付内燃機関。
