Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気ターボチャージャのコンプレッサからの過給空気の
    過給圧により、アクチュエータを介してタービンに流入
    する排気ガスの一部をバイパスさせる排気バイパス弁を
    開閉する排気バイパス装置を備えた排気ターボチャージ
    ャ付内燃機関において、排気温度が設定値以下であって
    且つ加速時に前記バイパス弁を閉塞させるようにしたこ
    とを特徴とする排気ターボチャージャ付内燃機関。
