  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　半導体検出器と光フィルタとを一体的に構成した光
    検出ユニットを具備し、被測定物からの放射輝度を検出
    することにより被測定物の単数または複数の波長におけ
    る放射温度を計測できるようにしたことを特徴とする放
    射温度計。 ２　互に分光感度特性が異なる光検出ユニットを複数個
    具備し、各光検出ユニットからの出力を選択使用する実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の放射温度計。 ３　該光検出ユニットは同一半導体基板上に一体的に形
    成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の放
    射温度計。
