。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to an improvement of an oil supply ring for a spinning machine.
The purpose is to stably supply lubricating oil over a long period of time to the inner peripheral surface of the ring, which is the main part of the ring that the traveler rubs against.

A pore of about 7 mφ to 1.5r11/IT1φ is provided, and an oil supply body having a capillary action such as a thread is buried in the pore,
There was an oil supply ring that had one end of the oil supply body aligned with the ring surface vC, and the other end of which was brought into contact with an oil guiding body that went around the outer periphery of the control ring and communicated with the oil storage tank.

があった。This type of lubrication ring was generally used in a wide range of fields, including spinning and twisting of long fibers such as worsted and woolen fibers, and plied and twisted yarns of synthetic fibers. However, there were disadvantages in that the amount of oil immersed in each ring varied and was not uniform over time.

There is a ring that has grooves with an angle of This has the disadvantage that it disturbs the running posture of the machine, induces thread breakage, and causes abnormal wear of the ring and traveler.

滑走の原因となる欠点がある。In addition, since the width and depth of the groove are approximately the same as the diameter of the oil supply hole, the oil supply body inserted through the oil supply hole protrudes from the groove, and the oil supply body is configured to completely prevent depression. Therefore, when the traveler comes into contact with the protruding oil supply body, there is a drawback that the oil supply body is cut, making spinning impossible, or causing abnormal sliding of the traveler.
