    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個のＣＭＯＳインバータを直列に接続し、最終段の
    インバータ出力と初段のインバータ入力を接続して成る
    リングオツシレータと該リングオツシレータの電源端子
    とバイポーラ型トランジスタのエミッタまたはダイオー
    ドのカソードとを接続したことを特徴とする発振器。
