Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）透光性を有する日除はパネルと、該日除はパネル
    の両側を支持し且つ上記日除はバネ／Ｌ／を昇降自在に
    案内する支柱と、上記支柱をベランダの天井に固定する
    取付部材と、 上記日除はパネルの昇降と連動し且つ上記日除はパネル
    を任意の位置に静止させ−るウェイトバランス機構と、 からなること特徴とする昇降式日除け。
  2. （２）前記日除はパネルが、外枠と、該外枠に取り付け
    た透孔性を有する板材とからなる実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第（１）項に記載の昇降式日除け。
  3. （３）　　前記透光性を有する板材が、赤外線は透過し
    ない材質からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第（２）項に
    記載の昇降式日除け。
  4. （４）前記支柱が、断面形状矩形の箱形部及び断面形状
    コ字形の案内部からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１
    ）項に記載の昇降式日除け。
  5. （５）　　前記支柱が、その中央部から上方が後方へ湾
    曲している実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項又は第（
    ４）項に記載の昇降式日除け。
  6. （６）　　前記支柱の湾曲部の曲率中心が、ベランダの
    窓上にある実用新案登録請求の範囲第（５）項に記載の
    昇降式日除け。
