ェックを必要とせずに容易に該端子電極部を識別するこ
とができ、該端子電極部を接地側とする実装を容易かつ
確実に行って外来ノイズの防止をはかることが可能であ
る。また、この識別部を上述したような方法によシ焼成
前に行うようにすれば識別部形成工数を低減することが
