Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高周波信号が供給される第１及び第２の入力端子と、出
    力端子と、第１の入力端子と上記出力端子との間に接続
    されており一方の極性の直流動作電流が供給されると導
    通ずる第１のビンダイオードと、第２の入力端子と基準
    電位点との間にダミー抵抗器構成素子と直列に接続され
    ており上記一方の極性の直流動作電流が供給されると導
    通し上記タミー抵抗器構成素子と共にタミー抵抗器を構
    成する第２のピンダイオードと、第２の入力端子と上記
    出力端子とめ間に接続されており他方の極性の直流動作
    電流が供給されると導通ずる第３のピンダイオードと、
    第１の入力端子と基準電位点との間に上記ダミー抵抗器
    構成素子と別のダミー抵抗器構成素子と直列に接続され
    ており上記他方の極性の直流動作電流が供給されると導
    通し上記別のダミー抵抗器構成素子と共にダミー抵抗器
    を構成する第４のビンダイオニドとからなる高周波信号
    切換スイッチ。
