Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１の端子と第２．の端子との間に、ＬＣ回路を挿入す
    ると共にダイオードを分路に接続し、上記ダイオードに
    非導通状態と導通状態とに制御すべく直流電圧を印加す
    ることによって、上記第１の端子と上記第２の端子とを
    高周波信号に対して導通状態と非導通状態とに切替える
    高周波スイッチ回路装置において、上記ダイオードに対
    して直流電圧を印加する直流電圧端子に直列に上記直流
    電圧が印加されたときオン状態となるトランジスタを挿
    入したことを特徴とする高周波スイッチ回路装置。
