Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a displacement detector having excellent reliability, by the constitution wherein a displacement transmitting terminal which is provided on a substrate is displaced when pressure is applied on a part of a wiring substrate, said displacement is transmitted to a converting part, and an electric signal is outputted to connecting terminals of the converting part. CONSTITUTION:A case 9 of a displacement detector 1 is soldered to a wiring substrate 6 through a fixing terminal 2. A displacement transmitting terminal 3 is provided at a displacement part 6a of the substrate 6, which is separated by slits 6b, and elastically supported by a supporting member 4 under the state the terminal can be displaced with respect to the case 9. When pressure is applied downward to one end of the substrate 6a, the substrate 6a is deflected at a supporting point 6c. The terminal 3 is displaced downward with respect to a terminal 2, and an elastic piece 10 is also moved downward. Thus the displacement is transmitted to a converting part 5. An electric signal output corresponding to the displacement position in the converting part 5 is outputted to connecting terminals 8a and 8b through connecting wires 11a and 11b. A plurality of displacement detectors 1 are arranged and manufactured under the same condition. Therefore the displacement detectors having no dispersion can be obtained.

Conventionally, when detecting displacement, the detection means, fixing means, and output circuit are provided separately, and the conditions for installing the detection means on the vibrating part and the installation location of the detection means may vary, making stable displacement detection impossible. However, the disadvantage is that it does not provide the desired performance, and the installation requires a large number of parts.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a displacement detection device that is attached to a wiring board. The connection end A for connecting to the circuit of the C11i12 wire board also serves as the fixing end J''-, and the displacement detector can be accessed.Phantom displacement is possible by the force of the wiring board and the power divided by slits, etc. The terminal for displacement transmission is divided into parts, and when pressure is applied to one end of the border board, the board is displaced, and the terminal for displacement transmission is connected relative to the other fixed terminal. The terminal for displacement transmission is held elastically in order to transmit displacement into the displacement detector 1], and one end of the terminal for displacement transmission is connected to the electric transducer. It is guided by etc. The displacement-electrical transducer is piezoelectric type,
Needless to say, various types of converters such as electrodynamic type, electrostatic type, rechargeable type, and magnetostrictive type may be used.
