The speaker further includes a circuit board 4 fixed to the housing (e.g., upper housing 1 in the figure) and electrically connected to the conductive terminal 34, and a soldering lug connected between the conductive terminal 34 and the circuit board 4, the specific structure of the soldering lug is, for example, a soldering lug 5B, as shown in fig. 4, including a first extending portion 51 fixed to the back surface 32 and corresponding to the conductive terminal 34, and a second extending portion 52 extending from the first extending portion 51 to the bottom wall 21, wherein one end of the circuit board 4 close to the sound generating unit 3 is fixed to the bottom wall 21 and electrically connected to the conductive terminal 34 through the second extending portion 52.
In the traditional loudspeaker structure, the circuit board is directly welded on the surface of the sounding monomer, and the circuit board is interfered with the cover plate when the width of the circuit board is too large. In the present invention, the soldering lug can be made of a common conductor material, such as a copper sheet.
As to a further specific embodiment of the soldering lug, as shown in fig. 4, the second extending portion 52 includes a sheet-shaped body 521 fixed on the side surface 33 and an electrical connection portion 522 bent and extended from one end of the sheet-shaped body 521 away from the top wall 11 toward the bottom wall 21, and the sheet-shaped body 521 is bent and extended from the edge of the first extending portion 51 toward the top wall 11. In this embodiment, the soldering lug is fixed to the side surface 33 of the sound-generating unit 3 by the sheet-shaped body 521, so that the soldering lug does not interfere with the housing, and the problem of interference between the circuit board and the housing due to too wide width in the conventional connection method is avoided.

The fixing method shown in fig. 6 may be adopted, and the insulating block 6B may be used to connect the gap between the side end faces of the sheet-like body of the 2 bonding pads.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the circuit board 4 includes a soldering portion 41 stacked on the bottom wall 21, a bent portion 42 extending from the soldering portion 41 to the top wall, and a conductive portion 43 extending from the bent portion 42 and attached to the top wall 11; meanwhile, a second boss 22 is provided on the bottom wall 21 in a protruding manner toward the top wall 11, and one end of the conductive portion 43 close to the bent portion 42 is interposed between the second boss 22 and the top wall 11. In order to have a better attaching and fixing effect, the second boss 22 may further include a top surface 221 located at one end of the second boss 22 far from the bottom wall 21, and an extending surface 222 extending from one side of the top surface 221 close to the sound generating unit 3 to the bottom wall 21, one end of the conductive portion 43 close to the bent portion 42 is sandwiched between the top surface 221 and the top wall 11, and the bent portion 42 is attached to the extending surface 222. The circuit board 4 is assembled as shown in fig. 8. In this embodiment, the second boss 22 and the inclined surface 222 of the second boss 22 are provided to smoothly transition the circuit board 4 from the bottom wall 21 to the top wall 11, and the circuit board is fixed (double-sided tape can be attached), so that not only is the adaptability of the connection between the conductive portion 43 and the external port ensured, but also the circuit board 4 can be prevented from being loosened and dragging the butt joint after the circuit board is fixed.
In order to further improve the assembly efficiency and the assembly precision, as shown in fig. 3, a pad 431 electrically connected with an external circuit is formed at one end of the conductive portion 43 away from the second boss 22, the pad 431 is exposed to the housing, the pad 431 is provided with a positioning hole 432, and the top wall 11 is convexly provided with a positioning column 13 matched with the positioning hole 432.
In summary, the present invention provides a speaker, wherein a circuit board is connected to a pad of a sound generating unit through a soldering lug, the soldering lug is fixed on a side surface of the sound generating unit, and then two connecting ends (a first extending portion and a second extending portion) are respectively connected to a conductive terminal and the circuit board, so as to avoid the problem of interference between the circuit board and a cover plate due to too wide circuit board in the conventional connection method. On the basis, the boss is additionally arranged on the shell to avoid the reliability problem caused by the addition of the soldering lug, and meanwhile, the positioning column is arranged on the cover plate, and the positioning hole is arranged on the circuit board to improve the assembly efficiency and the assembly precision.
