For this reason, a device that uses ultrasonic waves has been developed and put into practical use.The inventor of this invention previously submitted a proposal for this type of device in Utility Application No. 52-43886, which achieved considerable practical effects. It has reached Kanayama.

However, the dimensions of the ceramics to be processed vary;
Previous experience has shown that fully satisfactory results have been obtained using Utility Application No. 52-43886 for diameters of about 5 to 15 mm, but as the dimensions become even larger,
When the diameter was 20 mm or more, the results were somewhat unsatisfactory.

In view of this point, the present invention has been improved so that large ceramics having a diameter of 20 mm or more can be effectively treated, and will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

When the ceramics 6 to be processed are put into the toy 3, the toy 3 supported by the fulcrum 8 is swung by driving the handle 7 up and down as shown by the arrow by an appropriate means (not shown), and is placed on an inclined surface. The ceramic gradually slides down along the line, is irradiated with ultrasonic waves from the ultrasonic vibrator 4, is peeled off and cleaned, and falls into the receiving basket 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, the structure of the toy in this device is such that a partition 10 is provided on the inner surface of a toy 9, and the ceramics fall into a receiving basket through a hole 11.

Due to the structure of the toy as described above, the ceramics inserted into the toy have 2 to 3 layers overlapped, and if the ceramic is thin, there are 10 partitions.
It slides straight down through the gap underneath, during which time it is stripped and cleaned.

The overlapping and thick objects are intercepted by the partition 10 and fall slowly while detouring, and are therefore exposed to ultrasonic waves for a long time to be peeled off and cleaned.

By the way, when looking at the actual use of this device, it has been found that it has a sufficiently satisfactory effect when the size of the ceramic is small with a diameter of about 5 to 15 mm, but when the size of the ceramic becomes large and the diameter is larger than about 20 mm. However, when the ceramics piled up and became heavy, it became difficult to fall down the slope, and when the angle of inclination was increased in an attempt to promote the fall, the ceramics fell without peeling.

If they overlap, their weight will prevent them from moving up to a fairly large angle, but if the toy is tilted and exceeds a certain angle, it will suddenly fall, so it is very difficult to set an appropriate angle to move the ceramics smoothly. It's difficult.

The present invention is intended to eliminate such drawbacks, and is a modification of the structure of the conventional toy and the driving method of the toy so as to effectively remove and clean large ceramics.

The difference between FIG. 2 and FIG. 1 is that in FIG.
The toy 3 is moved up and down by driving the toy 3, whereas in the case of FIG. This point is made to move reciprocatingly along the axis.

In addition, in the structure of the toy 3, as shown in FIG. 4, the partition 13 has a conventional structure, i.e., as shown in 10 in FIG. In contrast, a partition plate spanning both sides of the toy is provided at an appropriate interval, and the gap 14 between the partition and the bottom of the toy is made larger especially at the tip, that is, on the side where the ceramics are input. In other words, the difference is that the hole 11 through which the ceramic falls into the receiving basket is successively smaller as it reaches the hole 11.

The shape of the partition 13 does not matter, whether it is plate-shaped or curved.

As mentioned above, according to the experimental results of modifying the conventional equipment and processing ceramics while reciprocating the toy by an appropriate means, it was found that the treatment rate was almost 100% for ceramics with a diameter of 20 m/m or more.
It was confirmed that peeling and cleaning were performed with good results close to that of the previous method.

従って実用に供してその効果大である。Therefore, it is highly effective in practical use.
