    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁層と導電層が印刷法によって順次形成されて絶縁層
    間を周回するコイルパターンが形成され、焼成して得ら
    れるインダクタンス素子において、該コイルパターンの
    両端部より絶縁層の端部までの距離をＱ、３ｍｍ以上有
    することを特徴とするインダクタンス素子。
