砥粒を固着させた砥粒電着研削具を再生させる装置であ
って、電着槽を備え、−該電着槽内を仕切板により仕切
り、その一方に複数本の研削具がセット可能なセット装
置を設置し、他方に前記固着用金属を収容し、該仕切板
に砥粒充填用の多孔質材料でなる複数個の容器を設置し
、該電着槽の外部には電解液槽を設置すると共に、電源
及び作動制御装置を有し、再生すべき研削具の先端側研
削部を前記容器内の砥粒の中に挿入埋没し、かつ研削具
を前記電源装置の負極に接続し、前記固着用金属側に設
けた電極を正極に接続し、電解液循環ポンプにより電解
液を前記電解液槽と電着槽との間で少なくとも一部を前
記容器を通して循環させながら砥粒を固着用金属の電着
により前記研削具に固着するように構成したことを特徴
