Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、個別に収納すると共に、取り出しが容易に
なって、上述の欠点を解消することを目的としている。
この考案は、可撓性シートの両端間に多数条の並列収納
溝を設けて、この各収納溝にコイルスプリングを収納す
ると共に、収納溝の開口の巾をコイルスプリングの直径
よりも小さくして、上記収納溝からコイルスプリングの
脱落を防止し、また収納溝の長手方向の両端部に突部を
設けて収納溝の端からコイルスプリングが抜は出ないよ
うにした包装材を提供する。
以下、この考案の実施例を添付図面に基づいて説明する
。
図において、１は合成樹脂等の可撓性を有する帯状のシ
ートで、このシート１の両端間には、上記シート１の端
縁に並行させて多数条配置すると共に、開口２の巾がコ
イルスプリングの直径よりも小さなコイルスプリングの
収納溝３が設けられている。
また、各収納溝３の長手方向の両端部には、上記収納溝
３の端からコイルスプリングが抜は出ない係合突部４が
設けられている。
上記の係合突部４は、図示の場合収納溝３の内周から突
出するよう加熱型押しにより設けたが、収納溝３の端縁
から連なる片により形成する場合もある。
また、上記の収納溝３は、加熱型押しにより断面Ｃ字状
に形成されている。
さらに、収納溝３の開口２に近い内周には、物品のずれ
動き防止用の押え突起５が設けられている。
この考案に係る包装材は、以上の構成であって、上記包
装材によりコイルスプリングａを包装するには、シート
１の両端を引張る等の方法により関口２を拡げ、そして
上記開口２から収納溝３にコイルスプリングａを嵌入す
る。
その後に、シート１の両端引張りを解除することにより
、拡げられた開口２が元の巾に復帰する。
また、開口２の上にコイルスプリングａを載置して、収
納溝３に上記コイルスプリングａを押し込む場合もある
。
次に収納されているコイルスプリングａを取り出すには
、収納溝３の底部から開口２に向けてコイルスプリング
ａを強く押し出すか、或はシート１の両端を引張る等の
操作により開口２の巾を拡げることにより、収納溝３か
らコイルスプリングａを取り出すことかで゛きる。
以上のように、この考案に係る包装材によれば、可撓性
シートの両端間に並行する多数条のコイルスプリングの
収納溝を設けであるので、開口から収納溝にコイルスプ
リングを押し込んで個別に収納することができる。
このため、従来のように絡み合って取り出しに手数がか
かる不都合をなくすることができる。
また、収納溝の両端部に突部を設けであるので、収納し
たコイルスプリングが抜は出るのを防止することかでき
る。
さらに、包装材は、可撓性シートによって形成されてい
るので、渦巻状に巻込んで嵩低くすることができる。
なお、収納溝の開口巾は、コイルスプリングの直径より
も小さくしであるので、開口からコイルスプリングが抜
けるのを防止する。

第１図はこの考案に係る包装材の斜視図、第２図は同上
の要部を示す縦断拡大側面図、第３図は同縦断正面図で

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 可撓性を有する帯状のシートと、このシートの両端間に
    上記シートの端縁に並行させて多数条配列すると共に、
    開口の巾がコイルスプリングの直径よりも小さくなるよ
    うにして設けたコイルスプリングの収納溝と、この各収
    納溝の長平方向の両端部に設けたコイルスプリングの抜
    は止め用係合突部とから戊る包装材。 考案の詳細な説明− この考案は、特にコイルスプリングの収納に適した包装
    材に関するものである。 一般に小物物品は、各種容器に包装収納された状態で販
    売されているが、コイルスプリングにおいては、個別に
    包装されることなく、その複数個を箱詰めされた状態で
    販売されているため、箱内において互に絡み合い、一つ
    づつ取り出して使用するのに手数がかかり、不便である
    。
