DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a non-asbestos friction material with poor heat resistance. Conventionally, non-asbestos friction materials using aramid mH (aromatic polyamide) are produced by mixing aramid fibers with wood pulp or linter as an organic substance, beating and disintegrating the mixture in a beater, and then adding aramid mN, nylon, etc. After adding friction performance modifiers such as inorganic fillers and cashew dust, thermosetting resin was added and stirred, and a coagulant was added dropwise. After that, paper was made and molded under heat and pressure to make the product. . However, conventional products produced in this manner had the disadvantage that the weight ratio of inorganic matter to the total amount of organic matter excluding the thermosetting resin as a binder was less than 1, and that the heat resistance was extremely poor.

Also, one of the features of the present invention is that glass powder (for example, fiber diameter of about 10
The glass powder mixes well with the pulp during blending and there is little separation due to differences in specific gravity, so it can be mixed uniformly.

Beat the wood pulp well in a beak, add aramid pulp, then aramid fiber, and beat well.
After disintegrating and mixing, glass powder, potassium titanate fiber, barium sulfate, cashew das 1 to 1, and thermosetting resin are sequentially added and mixed once. Next, gently stir, add a coagulant and a surfactant in 1st spring to coagulate, make paper according to a conventional method, cut to a certain ri, wind up in a spiral shape to a predetermined size, and after heating and pressurizing. A friction material product was obtained by heat treatment for a predetermined period of time.
