PURPOSE:To control an order circuit connection signal automatically only by the calling act of an order caller by using an order call detecting means for an order circuit connection and utilizing its output. CONSTITUTION:An order call voice signal inputted from an input terminal 1 is branched into two by a voice two-branching circuit part 4, and one is outputted to an output terminal 2 and connected to an order circuit. The other branched voice signal is inputted to an order call detection part 5. The order call detection part 5 compares the input telephone voice VL with a preset reference level S1 and juges that there is a call when VL> SL to output an order circuit connection signal to an output terminal 3. When VL<SL and the continuance of VL<SL exceeds some preset reference time, the order call detection part 5 judges that there is no call and outputs no circuit connection signal to the output terminal 3.
