Abstract

PURPOSE:To transfer-stick the printed layer separated from the film of the transfer foil on the surface of a molded product, when said product is taken out, by injection molding synthetic resin onto the printed layer from an injecting mold, while inserting said transfer foil into the injection mold. CONSTITUTION:A transfer foil 1 uses the printing ink excellent in separating property from the synthetic resin film 2 used as a base. A printed layer 3 has been formed onto the back surface of the film 2 by printing. Into the injection mold composed of a receiving mold 4 and an injection mold 5, the printed layer 3 is inserted such that the printed layer 3 is confronted with the injection mold 5. After the receiving mold 4 and injecting mold 5 have been mutually closed, the synthetic resin having the separating property from the film 2 and also the adhering property to the printed layer 3 is injection molded, thereby molding the synthetic resin molded product 7. On a part of its surface, the printed layer 3 having been temporarily attached on the back surface of the film 2 is integrally embedded. The film 2 of the transfer foil 1 is separated from the surface of the molded product, opening the molds, thereby the molded product which is foil decorated by the printed layer 3 may be obtained.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a method for transferring a printing layer onto the surface of a synthetic resin molded product to apply a decoration, a molded product molded by this method,
and the transfer foil used in this manufacturing method, and more specifically, the surface of the synthetic resin film is printed with ink that can be easily peeled off from the film, and the specified characters are printed on the surface of the film.
A transfer foil is constructed by printing a pattern consisting of a figure or the like to form a printing layer, and then the transfer foil is inserted into an injection mold consisting of an injection mold and a receiving mold, and then the transfer film is injected. A synthetic resin having weldability Y to the printed layer and peelability to the film is molded into a predetermined molded product at °C.
Furthermore, when the molded product is taken out from the mold, the printed layer of the transfer foil film ρ1 is peeled off, and this is transferred to the front side of the molded product for decorative molding. The present invention relates to a method for producing a molded article and a transfer foil.

The present invention takes into account the deficiencies and disadvantages of the prior art and is a completely new technology.In particular, the film is coated with an ink that has releasability to the base synthetic resin film. Printing Z is applied to create a transfer foil 7, and then this transfer foil is inserted into a hot injection mold and the injection molding is completed, and the transfer foil σ) is temporarily attached to the film. This invention relates to a decorated molded product characterized by applying a decoration to the front and back surfaces of the molded product by transferring layers to the front and back surfaces, a method for manufacturing the same, or a transfer foil.

Next, when molding and painting the molded product, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the aforementioned μ opening (the manufactured transfer foil 1 is inserted so that the printed layer 6 applied to the film 2 faces the injection mold 5, and the receiving mold 4 and the injection mold 5 are completely closed to each other.
As resin which has peelability when cut from the sprue 6 of the injection mold 5 to the film 2 and has weldability to the printing r@6;
Synthetic resins made of ABS resin, PS resin, acrylic resin, polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, etc.? By injection molding, a synthetic 4R resin molded product 7 was formed in a mold m, and the printed layer 6, which had been temporarily attached to the back surface of the film 2, was embedded integrally in a part of the surface of this molded product 7. Then, by opening the molding die and peeling off the film 2 of the transfer foil 1 from the surface of the molded product 7, a molded product 7Y decorated and molded by printing wJ3 can be obtained.

In the present invention, the transfer foil is composed of a composite resin film and a printing layer made of printing ink that is releasable to this film. There is no need to layer a top coat layer or a bonding agent layer on top of the 11L1 (therefore, the transfer foil can be easily and of good quality and does not require special high technology (can be mass-produced at low cost). In the case of ``It is a misfire in history, it is easy to resist the printing I!?'' of the injection resin transfer foil when inserting the transfer foil into the injection mold and molding it (and transfer). Since the molded product was injection molded using a resin that has a property that is different from the foil film, the film can be easily separated from the surface of the molded product, and until now it has not been temporarily attached to the film. It is possible to embed the printed material in a state where it is placed on the surface of the molded product, and also to print it.
Since the single layer is embedded in the shape of the surface of the thin-shaped product, it is different from the conventional case (where the printed layer protrudes through the adhesive layer on the surface), and this printed layer does not peel off due to use. Thickness: There is no risk of wear and tear, and when silk screen printing is performed, the unevenness of the mesh formed on the surface of the printing layer transfers to the molded product. Since the other smooth surface of the printing layer that was in contact with the molded product and temporarily attached to the film is etched onto the surface of the molded product, it is possible to display the printed layer extremely beautifully and with gloss. The painting effect 7 has features such as being able to make it look more wearable.
