Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable mass production of a thick indicator panel through resin molding, by a method wherein curvature is provided so that the surface of one side of a resin becomes a projected state, the surface of the other side of the resin is made a plane and simultaneously with molding a transfer printing is performed on the surface of the plane, in injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A sink 16 is generated on a printing surface 12 of the backside as a skin layer 15 exhibits an archlike state in a cooling process, by a method wherein curvature is provided so that a front visible part side becomes a projected state and in-mold is performed so that printing of the rear is transferred within a mold. Then as the printing to the printing surface 12 is of the in-mold method, the printing is completed at a point of time when the mold is filled with resin and a problem is not generated.
