Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 入射光束に対して傾斜させて配置し、異なる波長の
反射光と透過光が得られるごとく形成された第１の干渉
膜フィルタと、この第１の干渉膜フィルタの上記反射光
を再び反射させる反射手段とを有する光分波器において
、上記反射手段に近接した上記反射光の光路に上記第１
の干渉膜フィルタと同じ特性の第２干渉膜フイルタを設
置し、この第２の干渉膜フィルタを上記反射光が２度通
過するごとく構成したことを特徴とする光分波器。 ２ 上記反射手段が、全反射ミラーである実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の光分波器。 ３ 上記反射手段が、上記第１の干渉膜フィルタと同じ
