Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は遠心ブロワに於【Ｊるケーシング・ディフュー
ザの組立方法に関する。
遠心ブロワ、特に大型のものにあつＣは、ケーシング及
びケーシング内に設りられるディフューザは通常上下２
分割になっている。従来、斯かるケーシング、ティフユ
ーザを組立てる場合は、先ず上・下ケーシングに上・下
ティフユーザをそれぞれ溶接し、次に上・下ケーシング
を合せ上・下ディフューザ及び上・下ケーシングをそれ
ぞれ溶接して組立ていた。
然し、この従来の組立方法であると、ケーシングにディ
フューザを溶接した際溶接歪が発生し、上・下ディフュ
ーザの突合せ面でずれが生じる。従って、上下のケーシ
ングを組立てる前にこの歪取りをしなりればならず、こ
の歪取作業の為に多大の工数を費していた。
本発明は斯かる実情に鑑み、歪取作業を省略し得る組立
方法を提供し、大幅な組立工数の低減を図ることを目的
とするものである。
以下図面を参照しつつ本発明の詳細な説明する。
第１図は下ケーシング１に下ディフｊ−１ｆ３を収納せ
しめた状態を示し、下ディフューザ３の隔壁５には拘束
具６が溶接しである。図示しないが、上ケーシングにも
上ディフューザを同様に収納し、上・下ティフユーザを
収納させた状態で上・下ケーシングを組合せる。上・下
ケーシングを組合せた状態で上ティフユーザの突合せ縁
辺は拘束具６に嵌合し、上・下ディフューザは該拘束具
６によって相互に拘束される。
次に、ディフューザとケーシングとを溶接組立てる。こ
のディフューザとケーシングとの溶接で−Ｆ・下ディフ
ューザは相互に拘束されているので溶接歪による上・下
ディフューザの突合せ而がずれることはない。
尚、ケーシングは内部から溶接できるに十分な大きさで
ある。
次に、ディフューザとケーシングとの１溶接が完了した
後、拘束具６を除去すれば、ディフューザどケーシング
との組立が完了し、ディフューザとケーシングとの溶接
歪取作業が不要となる。
又、第２図〜第４図に於いて、前記拘束具６と上・下デ
ィフューザ２，３との関係を説明する。
上下いずれか一方のディフューザ（図では下ディフュー
ザ３）の隔壁５に上縁辺の両面に対峙せしめて対とした
拘束具６を所要数溶接する。
拘束具６の対峙面上部は斜めに切落してあり、上ディフ
ューザ２の隔壁４が容易に拘束具６の間に嵌る様になっ
ている。
尚、拘束具の形状は上記形状に限定されるものではなと
、又ディフューザ２の隔壁４に溶接してもよいことは勿
論である。
以上述べた如く本発明によれば、従来歪取作業に　１３
０時間という多大な労力を費していたが、歪取作業を省
は拘束具の取付、除去に要する時間は２５時間程度でよ
く、組立工数の大幅な低減が図れると共に製作工数の短
縮が可能となる。

をケーシングに収納させた状態を示す斜視図、第２図は
拘束具を溶接した状態を示す斜視図、第３図は上・下デ
ィフューザ拘束具を介して拘束する前の状態を示す説明

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １）　上・下ディフューザを相互に拘束Ｖしめた状態で
    ケーシング内に収納し、上・下ディフューザと上・下ケ
    ーシングとをそれぞれ溶接し組立て、次に上・下ディフ
    ューザ相互の拘束を解除り−ることを特徴とする遠心ブ
    ロワのケーシング・ティフユーザ組立方法。
