Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　電解液を充満した気密容器に窓を設け、該窓を気体
    透過膜で被覆し、該気体透過膜の近傍にして電解液中に
    陰極を設置し、該陰極と離間して電解液中に更に陽極を
    設置してなる酸素濃度測定用の電気化学式酸素センサに
    おいて、前記電解液に接する気体透過膜の面上に陰極材
    料を被着して薄膜陰極構体を形成したことを特徴とする
    電気化学式酸素センサ。 ２　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電気化学式酸
    素センサにおいて、気体透過膜は弗素樹脂のごとき酸素
    を透過する膜よりなることを特徴とする電気化学式酸素
    センサ。 ３　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の電
    気化学式酸素センサにおいて、 薄膜陰極構体は金、銀、白金等の貴金属より選択された
    物質を気体透過膜の一面にスパッタ、イオンブレーティ
    ング、溶射、印刷、又は蒸着、等により被着してなるこ
    とを特徴とする電気化学式酸素センサ。
