Traditionally, it has been common practice to decorate ceramics or enameled ironware with glazes, and colored glazes mixed with pigments, opaque glazes mixed with emulsifiers, and crystalline glazes are known. All of these glaze decorations lacked interest because they were nothing more than two-dimensional decorations. The present invention was made in order to apply a three-dimensional and beautiful decoration to the surfaces of ceramics, enameled ironware, glass products, metal products, etc., which cannot be achieved with the conventional glaze decoration described above. A glaze mixed with glue is applied in a pattern to the desired areas on the surface of the object to be decorated, and countless small beads are sprinkled onto it and dried. After drying, it is fired in a kiln to create an organic glue-free coating. The small beads are fixed with the welded glaze while burning out, and then a solvent solution of printing ink of a desired color is applied from the outer surface of the group of small beads to the fixed surface. That is.

5. The glaze in the present invention is a boric acid glaze that melts into a glaze by firing at a low temperature, although it varies depending on the heat resistance of the material of the object to be decorated, such as ceramics, enameled ironware, glass products, metal products, etc. It is preferable to use another suitable low-heat glaze, but in any case, add a small amount of organic paste, such as funori, starch paste, or glue, to the glaze and mix well. The glaze containing the organic paste is applied in a pattern to the desired points on the surface of the object to be decorated using a brush or other suitable utensil.
Before the applied glaze dries, for example, if small beads made of transparent glass with a particle size of about 0.3 to 1 m are scattered, the small beads will stick to the glaze due to the adhesive strength of the organic paste mixed in the glaze. They will adhere to the top surface of the layer in the form of small beads.

Therefore, if the water in the glaze is volatilized by drying and then fired in a ceramic kiln, the organic paste in the glaze will be burned off and the glaze will turn into a molten glaze, which will be covered with small beads. Each small bead is adhered to the surface of the decorative body, and after being taken out of the kiln, each small bead becomes a group of small beads and is fixed. Next, if a solvent solution of printing ink of a desired color is immersed from the outer surface of the group of small beads fixed to the fixed surface, glaze 1 in which the organic paste has been burned off by firing is created. ,. Because it has a structure with countless fine continuous pores, it is reliably colored by the printing ink solvent solution that has penetrated into the structure, and the color is the same as that of each individual bead in a group of small beads. The colors appear clearly through the gaps between them, and a portion of the color is reflected by or transmitted through each transparent bead, causing each bead to shine in a pale color, as if it were highlighted. The difference in color tone of the printing ink creates a colorful, three-dimensional and beautiful decoration that is very interesting.

As is clear from the above description, the present invention provides three-dimensional and beautiful decoration on the surface of products made of materials that can be glazed, such as ceramics, enameled ironware, glass products, and metal products, which cannot be achieved with conventional glazing methods. It can be easily applied, and it can be used to great effect in vases, picture plates, decorative ornaments, lighting equipment, etc.

Example 3 parts of silica (parts by weight, same below), 4 parts of red lead, 2 parts of borax,
200 parts of glaze obtained by finely polishing a mixture of 2 parts of boric acid and 1 part of pottery stone using a conventional method, and 20 parts of funori. A paste-like glaze made by adding 10 parts of an aqueous solution and kneading the mixture and then adding 10 parts of water is used to draw a rose tree pattern on the surface of a ready-made ceramic vase as a decorative object using a brush. Before the applied glaze dries, transparent glass particles with a diameter of approximately 0.
.. A large number of small beads of No. 511 are sprinkled and adhered to all the drawn areas as groups of small beads, and then allowed to air dry.
