Previously, in order to remove these stains, nets had to be brought to land, washed with water from a pump, and any residue that did not come off had to be picked up by hand. Therefore, the disadvantage is that the amount of time, effort, and expense required for cleaning the screen fabric is enormous. An example of cleaning using a device is
5-15969 is known, which uses a bufu to generate air bubbles from below the seawater of the net.
The vibrations caused by the air bubbles vibrate the cleaning brush attached to the movable trolley and clean it, so it is necessary to construct a road board to move the trolley on a mesh, and the operator has to push it to move it. The drawback was that it required a prime mover and manpower, was dangerous, and was expensive. Furthermore, the movement of the cleaning brush is large up and down,
It did not move from side to side and its cleaning ability was insufficient. The present invention eliminates these drawbacks, and includes:
Extremely practical in that it is possible to actively capture the energy of waves and currents with a float and use this energy to continuously and automatically clean the netting without having to move the netting from the netting site. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cloth cleaning device that is rich in quality.

In this invention, float attachment frames A and A' extending in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the same side rope are attached to the side rope C of the net so as to be movable up and down or tiltable, and a float is attached to the tips of the float attachment frames A and A'. This relates to a net fabric cleaning device characterized in that a long brush E is fixed to the float D and is hung from a float mounting frame A, A' which is approximately a distance from a side rope C.

以下本発明の実施例を図面に基いて説明する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

First Embodiment (Refer to Figures 1 to 4) In the first embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 4, the float mounting frame is extended symmetrically to both sides of the side rope, and a float is provided on each side. This is an example of a mode in which it can be attached to a rope so that it can be raised and lowered.

The float mounting frame A includes a mouth-shaped lifting guide fitting 1 fixed perpendicularly to a side rope c of a fixed net B, and a vertical rod of the lifting guide fitting 1 in a hole of a ring 2' extending on both sides of the side rope c and formed in the center. Horizontal metal fitting 2 with part 1' loosely fitted, horizontal metal fitting 2
Floats D are attached to both tips of the horizontal bracket 2, and a long brush E is suspended from the mounting bracket 2'' at an intermediate position between the side rope C of the horizontal bracket 2 and the float D.

Brush E consists of a shackle 3 connected to the mounting bracket 2'', a course 4 connected to the shackle, a wire 5 extending below the course 4, a rope 6 wrapped around the outer circumference of the wire, and a wire 5 connected to the shank. It consists of a thick vinyl pipe 8 with a large number of bristles 7 planted on the outer circumferential surface of the winding, and the length is 10~
The length is approximately 20m. As the material of the bristles 7, it is desirable to use nylon or other non-metallic fibrous material. In this first embodiment, the float mounting frame A is symmetrical to the side rope C.
A float D is attached to the tip of the float D, and the buoyancy of the floats D on both sides holds the float mounting frame A substantially horizontally on the sea surface in a well-balanced manner.

When the float D moves up and down with the motion of the waves, the entire float mounting frame A smoothly moves up and down as the central ring 2' slides up and down the vertical rod part 1' of the elevating guide fitting 1. As the float mounting frame A moves up and down, the hanging long brush E also moves up and down, and due to the horizontal reciprocating motion of the tidal current and seawater, it is swung up and down and left and right while contacting the fabric of the anchoring net B. The screen fabric is rubbed by the brush E, and dirt and seaweed adhering to the screen fabric are scraped off. At this time, the brush E is placed at a required distance of about 30α from the side rope C.
Because the brush is suspended, the brush does not get tangled in the fabric and can move smoothly up and down and left and right, further enhancing the scrubbing effect. Furthermore, since the float mounting frame A is balanced by the left and right floats D, no large force is applied to the vertical guide fitting 1, making it easy to hold it vertically. Next, if the brush E swings toward the screen surface due to the horizontal reciprocating motion of the tidal current or seawater, the brush E will also scrape the screen surface when it comes into contact with the screen surface.

At this time, the brush E is attached to the mounting bracket 2' via the course 4 and the shackle 3, so that it can be easily swung. Dirt and seaweed tend to stick to the original water depth of 10 to 20 meters, so brush E is required to be about 10 to 20 meters deep.
As a result of the above, the float D actively captures wave energy to move the brush E up and down, and the horizontal reciprocating motion of the tidal current and seawater is added to it. This is to remove dirt.

Second Embodiment (Refer to Figure 5) In the second embodiment shown in Figure 5, a float mounting frame A' that extends only to one side of the side rope C is rotatably attached to the side rope C, and a float is attached to the tip of the side rope C. D is provided, and a brush E is suspended from a float mounting frame A' in the middle.

In this case, the float mounting frame A' rotates as the float D moves up and down due to the waves, but the entire float mounting frame A' does not rise, so the vertical swing width of the brush E is slightly smaller than in the first embodiment. However, with the addition of the corresponding vertical movement, the tidal current, and the horizontal movement of the seawater, the brush E is swung up and down and from side to side on the screen surface, as in the first embodiment, to scrub the screen surface and remove dirt. . As described above, according to the present invention, the energy of waves and currents is absorbed by the float D. The long brush E suspended between the float mounting frames A and A' is moved up and down by actively capturing the water, and the current and horizontal movement of seawater are added to move the brush E up and down, left and right on the net. This device removes dirt from the net by shaking it and scrubbing the net, and by actively utilizing the energy of waves and tides, it continuously and automatically removes dirt from the net while the net is placed in the sea. It has an excellent effect in that it can save a huge amount of time, labor, and expense used in cleaning the cloth because it does not require any manual labor or pumps, prime movers, etc.
