As is well known, in the past, it has been extremely difficult to uniformly apply base paint to a ceramic base using a paintbrush, brush, etc. without causing color unevenness. This is because the paint adsorbs and penetrates into the dried ceramic base extremely quickly, which causes a difference in shading between the parts before and after the paint is applied, resulting in color unevenness. Even if you apply multiple coats to eliminate this difference in shading, as shown in Figure 1, the applied area that was attracted first and the applied area that was overcoated later do not mix in the same way, so the difference in shading cannot be eliminated. It was hot.
For this reason, the decoration of products obtained by glazing and firing resulted in uneven coloring and uneven coloring. Therefore, a method has recently been developed that slows down the rate at which paint penetrates and adsorbs onto the base surface, so that even if multiple coats are applied, the paint in the first and second coated areas will mix and become evenly coated. However, there was a problem in that the process up to the decoration process was time-consuming.

That is, the present invention is used to decorate a ceramic base by coating it and firing it to decorate the ceramic. This is a base paint mixture used for decorating ceramics, which is made by mixing and stirring a base slurry for molding ceramic bases and using this as the main component.

In the above-mentioned gist of the present invention, the reason why a water-soluble silicone emulsion type antifoaming agent, glaze, and base slurry are mixed with a water-soluble base paint to form a product is that the following effects are produced.

(1) First, we used a water-soluble silicone emulsion-type antifoaming agent, which not only eliminates the bubbles that occur when it is applied, but also slows down the adsorption and penetration of the base paint into the base, making it easier to apply and layering. This is because it can be coated to form a uniform coating layer, and because it becomes silica (SiO 2 ), which is the same component of ceramics, when fired, there is no adverse effect on the product.

(2) 次に釉薬を添加する効果は下絵具の発色を良

(2) Next, the effect of adding a glaze is to improve the coloring of the underpainting, which creates a coloring layer of the underpainting between the ceramic body and the transparent glaze on the surface obtained by applying the glaze and firing it later. As a result, it can be formed to reveal elegant colors.

(3) さらに陶磁器の素地用泥漿を添加したのは塗

(3) Furthermore, the addition of slurry for ceramic bases has the effect of stably adhering the coated layer of the base paint to the ceramic base by unglazing after coating and drying, thereby preventing the coated layer from peeling off from the base surface. There isn't. Therefore, there is an advantage that the handling of the unglazed product and the subsequent glazing and firing process can be carried out smoothly. It should be noted that this slurry for the base material is of the same quality as that constituting the main body of the ceramic, and will not cause any problems with the product after firing.

When the base paint mixture S of this example is applied with a brush or the like to the surface of the dried ceramic base 1, the rate of adsorption and penetration is delayed, and the paint can be applied uniformly without forming bubbles or uneven coloring. (See Figure 2), and the application process was completed smoothly.
After applying this, it was dried and bisque fired at 800°C, then transparent glaze 2 was applied and main firing was performed at 1280°C to obtain a ceramic product (see Figure 3). By doing the above, the decoration of the ceramic product with the underpainting paint became an elegant cobalt blue color without causing any unevenness in shading.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, but may be appropriately determined within the range in which the above-mentioned effects can be achieved. For example, as the water-soluble base paint, chlorides or nitrates of nickel, manganese, chrome, etc. can be used as appropriate. Furthermore, the mixing ratio of each of the base paint preparations can be adjusted as desired.
