探傷器のブロックダイヤグラムとオツシロスコープを用
いて周波数を測定する場合の接続を示す図、第2図はこ
の考案の超音波探傷器を示す図、第3図aは生の受信波
形と計測用マーカを同時表示させた場合のブラウン管表
示の様子を示す図、第3図すは生の受信波形と計測用マ
ーカを2現象表示の様子を示す図である。
図中1は基準パルス発生器、2は送信パルス発生器、3
は超音波探触子、4は受信信号増幅器、5は検波および
平滑回路、6はビデオ信号増幅器、7は水平掃引信号発
生器、8はブラウン管表示器、11は被検材、12は時
間計測用マーカ信号発生器、S工〜S、は切換スイッチ
である。なお図中同一あるいは相当部部分には同一符号

信増幅する受信信号増幅器と、この増幅器の出力を検波
整流する検波および平滑回路と、この検波および平滑回
路の出力を増幅するビデオ信号増幅器と、上記基準パル
ス発生器の出力により水平掃引信号を発生する水平掃引
信号発生器と、上記ビデオ信条増幅器および水平掃引信
号発生器の出力信号を入力するブラウン管表示器とを備
えた超音波探傷器において、その出力が上記基準パルス
発生器に入力されている時間計測用マーカ信号発生器と
、上記ビデオ信号増幅器を受信信号増幅器あるいは検波
および平滑回路と接続する第1の切換スイッチと、上記
時間計測用マーカ信号発生器を上記ビデオ増幅器に接続
するための第2の切換スイッチと、垂直軸基線位置をブ
ラウン管の中心付近と探傷位置とに切換える第3の切換
スイッチと、上記水平掃引信号発生器から生ずる掃引波
を周波数測定に必要な測定範囲に切換える第4の切換ス
イッチとを備え、上記第1〜第4の切換スイッチにより
超音波探傷に使用する超音波の生の波形と、上記時間計
測用マーカをブラウン管上に同時または2現象表示させ
上記波形の時間間隔を目視で計測できるように構成した
