    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 結晶引上用ルツボ中の融液の表面に設置するものであっ
    て、゛比重が融液より小さい材質からなり中央に引上結
    晶直径以上の径の穴を有した円板と、この穴にはめこま
    れこの円板の垂直方向に摺動可能でしかも下部を融液中
    に浸漬すべき円筒状対流抑制治具とからなることを特徴
    とした融液熱対流抑制装置。
