置の縦断面図、第４図は本考案により改良された黒鉛ル
ツボ及びその受台の双方に空間部を形成した態様のシリ
コン単結晶引上げ装置の縦断面図である。１は石英ルツ
ボ、２は石黒ルツボ、３は黒鉛受台、４はシリコン単結
晶、４′は種単結晶、５はシリコン多結晶溶融体、６は
黒鉛ルツボ底面外部に設けた空、間部、５７は黒鉛受台
の上面外部に設けた空間部。
