コネクタ、１０はナツト、１１はレセプタクルである。 なお図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示
しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レーザーダイオード、発光ダイオード、アバランシニッ
    トダイオード等の光半導体素子が内蔵され、光コネクタ
    を介して光ファイバと光学的に結合される光半導体モジ
    ュールにおいて、上記光コネクタを挿入し保持する部分
    と、上記光半導体を保持する部分とを分離して構成しで
    あることを特′徴とする光半導体モジュール。
