    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 断熱材で形成された箱状の本体２と、該本体２、内に設
    置された筒状の炉本体１４と、該炉本体１４内の上下に
    貫通する加熱室１５の下方に形成された通気性を有する
    カーボン層２２と、加熱室１５の上端に載置され上下面
    を連通ずる開口１９を有する皿状の支持体１８と、該支
    持体１８の側方に設けられ加熱室１５と支持体１８上面
    を連通ずる穴２０と、前記カーホン層２２を加熱するヒ
    ーター２３と、支持体１８とカーホン層２２の間におい
    て加熱室１５に設けられたヒーター１６と、前記カーホ
    ン層２２及び本体２内にＮ２ガスを供給す−るＮ２ガス
    供給源３０と、本体２の上方に装着される光学検出手段
    ３３とからなる高温試料光学検出装置。
