    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試験槽内の水を直接に加熱し、これを制御する制御回路
    の他に、試験槽内の被試験素子載置部の直下にヒータ及
    び熱電対を内蔵し、さらに、このヒータを加熱するため
    の制御回路を具備していることを特徴とするプレシャー
    クツカ・バイアス試験装置。
