However, in the case of painting, spraying, which is a typical conventional method for exterior walls, prepares the base by applying cement paste containing a synthetic resin emulsion or cement-based filler (ready-mixed base conditioning material), especially for exterior walls. Where there were cracks, distortions, or irregularities, adhesive-containing perlite mortar was applied evenly with a metal trowel, and then the finish was brushed off. Before spraying after preparing the base, the outer surface of the scaffold must be covered with a sheet to protect it from direct sunlight, wind, rain, etc. In addition, when spraying on uprights, openings, other finishing materials, etc., it is necessary to cure them by covering them with vinyl sheets, paper, etc. with tape to prevent the spray agent from flying off and contaminating them.

After the surface treatment, sufficient drying (more than 14 days for mortar bases) was confirmed, and the finish was completed by performing two operations, bottom blowing and top blowing, using a pressure-feed blower or the like. Usually, the bottom spray material does not contain a waterproofing agent, the top spray material contains a waterproofing agent, and a finishing agent is used for spraying to give water repellency.

As mentioned above, in spray painting, in addition to the above-mentioned curing, it is necessary to take thorough care to prevent the spray agent from scattering far and coming into contact with neighbors, passersby, cars, etc. Furthermore, since efflorescence may occur when painting in the winter, it is necessary to choose a warm day to apply the paint when it is cold. It requires skill, and various precautions must be taken regarding the construction period and surrounding areas.

In the case of tile construction, the base coat is applied with mortar, the adhesive cement is kneaded and applied with a combed flat trowel. Then, tap the tiles lightly with a mallet to blend them well and align them flat. The amount of adhesive cement to be used within about one hour is kneaded and mixed, and the area of one application is limited to about 2M, with the area reduced as appropriate depending on weather conditions.

Also sprinkle cement powder to fix the tiles,
If the mortar is allowed to set too quickly, it will later dissolve into rainwater that enters through the joint cuts, forming a thick alkaline solution that may flow out from the joints below, staining the tile surface white.

In this way, with tiled exterior walls, great care must be taken to prevent gaps from forming on the back of the tiles, twisting or misalignment of tiles, etc., which increases not only the construction period but also construction costs. It had some drawbacks.

The exterior material according to the present invention is molded from an acrylic emulsion and has particularly excellent waterproof properties. Since it is in sheet form, it is suitable for the upholstery method, and coloring agents can be easily mixed in, making it easy to color match existing exterior walls. Also,
It is also possible to form a color pattern by sequentially spraying various tones.

Resin mortar (1) is made by mixing a synthetic rubber emulsion into mortar, and has excellent adhesion and waterproof properties, and is particularly useful as a base preparation material for outer wall surface (2). If the outer wall surface (2) is approximately flat, apply approximately 2 kg of this resin mortar (1) using a spray gun, etc.
Spray to about / rrr. Furthermore, if the outer wall surface (2) has irregularities or cracks, fill it partially with a trowel and flatten the outer wall surface (2) before spraying.

After this resin mortar (1) has sufficiently dried, approximately 0.3 kg/rrr of adhesive (3) as a primer is applied, and the exterior material (4) is attached. The adhesive (3) is preferably nitrile rubber-based rubber asphalt, which itself has waterproof properties, so it can be used together with the resin mortar (1) on the outer wall surface (2).

The exterior material (4) according to the present invention is made of an acrylic emulsion, and the manufacturing principle is that a liquid base material containing an acrylic emulsion as a main component is poured into a mold, etc., and dried and solidified. The method is to mold the material into an elastic sheet.

The surface of this exterior material (4) may be used in a flat state, or may be provided with various patterns during molding. The one shown in Figure 2 (al) is one in which an uneven pattern is formed by spraying a high-viscosity base agent on the surface using a blow-in-the-air blower or the like. The pattern may be created by forming such a concavo-convex pattern and then pouring the base material into the pattern. Geometric patterns and the like can also be easily formed.

Furthermore, in addition to forming the above-mentioned pattern, this exterior material (4) can be easily mixed with a coloring agent, so it is possible to form an uneven color pattern using various coloring agents, and color matching is also easy.

In addition, as shown in Figure 2 (bl), a film etc. with holes of an appropriate shape is covered over a sheet-like body formed from the base material, and after pouring or spraying the colored base material over the film, the film is When peeled off, it is possible to form a pattern that is the same as the shape of the holes in the film. According to this method, it is possible to create a three-dimensional pattern similar to tiling, and it is also suitable for partially renovating a tiled exterior wall. is possible.

Furthermore, a removable protective film (5) is applied to the surface of the exterior material (4) to which it is adhered, thereby ensuring adhesion by preventing the surface to be adhered from drying out. Exterior material (4) is attached to the exterior wall surface (2)
Since this protective film (5) is peeled off when pasting it on the exterior material (5) that has been stored for a long time,

The protective film (5) may be attached to the surface of the exterior material (4) when forming the formwork, or if a pattern is to be formed on the surface of the exterior material (4), the protective film (5) may be placed on the bottom of the formwork and then the base material is poured into it. It may also be pasted on the back surface of the exterior material (4).

The joint between the exterior material (4) and exterior material (4) is bonded with adhesive (3).
It may be bonded with rubber asphalt, or it may be filled with a liquid base material (acrylic emulsion) to form a decorative joint. Furthermore, it is naturally possible to carry out the so-called Ohar wrap method in which the exterior material (4) is overlapped and adhered to a portion of the exterior material (4).

In the construction of exterior materials, especially when renovating the exterior walls of aging buildings, it is sometimes necessary to remove all the existing exterior materials, apply a new coat of base preparation mortar, and then paste the exterior materials.

However, this is extremely rare, and normally all parts that are easy to peel off are removed, and for the rest, mortar is applied over the conventional exterior material to prepare the base and the exterior material is attached.

In other words, even if a building ages and the outer wall falls off, it will only be a partial problem, and once the building is covered with resin mortar, there will be no danger of it falling off. However, if the conventional mortar surface for base preparation has become weathered and brittle, anchors may be driven into the foundation wall surface and the resin mortar may be fixed to these anchors.

In addition, since the material is highly flexible, it can be stuck closely to the corners and rising parts of external walls, has excellent adhesive properties, and can be easily cut into various shapes. In addition, as mentioned above, the construction method does not cause any damage such as paint scattering or running down in the neighborhood, nor does rain and wind significantly delay the construction period, and the construction cost is low. It is an extremely rational construction method that only requires pasting the exterior material with adhesive, so it is extremely useful when used to renovate buildings that have deteriorated over the years or for construction in crowded areas.
